Varsity Choir Competes at UIL Concert & Sightreading Contest

The KHS varsity choir is to be congratulated today. They competed at the UIL Concert and Sightreading competition in Mt. Pleasant.
This is the first time since 2013 that the Kilgore High School choir program has been represented at this competition.
The choir received a superior rating (1-1-2) on stage and a 2-3-3 in sightreading.
For virtually all of these students, this was their first experience with this contest. These students worked very hard and pushed themselves to succeed. Please let them know how proud Kilgore is of their efforts.
